Disney Frozen Chocolate Bark Recipe Directions:

  1. Prepare Your Work Area:

    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will make it easier to remove the chocolate bark once it has hardened and the perfect way to make clean up even easier.

2. Melt the White Chocolate:

  • Break the white chocolate chips into small pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl.

  • Microwave the chocolate in 20-30 second intervals, stirring each time, until it's fully melted. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate, as it can burn.

  • Repeat the process for dark blue and light blue chocolate melts. If you are unable to find the two blue candy melt colors, you can use gel food coloring instead.

3. Color the Chocolate if you did not buy the 3 colors for candy melts

  • Divide the melted white chocolate into two bowls.

  • Use blue food coloring in one bowl and purple food coloring in the other. Add the food coloring gradually until you achieve the desired shades of blue and purple. Stir well to ensure even coloring.

4. Create Swirls:

  • Pour the dark blue and light blue chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet in alternating spoonfuls.

  • Use a toothpick or a skewer to gently swirl the colors together to create a marbled effect. Be careful not to overmix; you want the colors to blend but still be distinct.
