Christmas Free Writing Prompt Ideas for Kids

Use these fun Christmas season and holiday traditions to help the winter season and great activity ideas for Christmas to stay sane and organized.  Turn on a Santa Claus favorite Christmas movie, maybe Christmas Carol or Grinch and make these Grinch Themed Rice Krispie Treats!  

Crank up the Christmas songs and Christmas tunes and make some Christmas Tree inspired Pretzel Rod Dessert, M and M no bake Christmas bark, Santa's reindeer Little Debbie Snack, and these adorable Christmas Mickey Mouse Inspired cookie bars.  These great activities and recipes are the perfect way to have seasonal fun and get into the festive spirit with children of all ages.

What are Printables and Why Should I Use Them?

Printables are a template you can print and fill out with your child.  Printables are such a fun and easy way to remember a holiday, special event or just capture fun memories for birthdays and other events.  Printables are typically FREE and you can do the same one each year or choose new printables to keep and share with your child when they are older.

Themed creative journal writing prompts and printables are really fun for preschool classrooms, for teachers to use for activities at school parties, and for homeschool groups as well.  

 I love the four Christmas printables and activities below because I can use them for all 3 of my children in different age groups and customize to work for them!  It allows my older children to practice reading and writing and for my toddler I can write for him, but he has the ability to draw!
