Main Pools & Hot Tub
The main resort pools are located outside of the water park. The space is big so there is plenty of space to spread out from other guests. One end has a splash pad which was perfect for our younger children to hang out and have fun. The pools are conveniently located near the onsite dining, so we ordered food and ate by the pool. The children loved their chicken nuggets and fries, and our burgers were delicious. There are also towels available right outside of the pool to grab and use. Heads up, these pools were not heated during our visit. The water was absolutely frigid. My children did not care at all, but it was way too cold for us to get in with them.
The hot tub was the place to be in early December in the evenings. Grab a drink from the bar and hop in to let your stress melt away. The sunset views over Lake Austin from the hot tub were spectacular.

On Resort Dining Options
Not having to leave resort property is a huge perk when I am booking a stay for my family. Having multiple dining options on Grove Resort Property was perfect for us to have options while on our stay. From more refined selections at Valencia Restaurant, offering daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, to a quick snack from Alfresco Market, or a quick bite after surfing on the FlowRider® at Longboard Bar & Grill you really cannot go wrong. We love everything we ate while at Grove Resort!
Children’s Activity Center
The Activity Center is a fun resource for families as well. Guests can come in for scheduled crafts, but also can choose to just color or play board games. There are also board games for complimentary guest check-out. Certain crafts do have a fee and you can check our current activities here
Is there a playground on site at Grove Resort and Water Park?
No, however you really do not need one! The entire resort is a children's play area. With massive pools, splash pad at the main pools, sand under palm trees, walking paths, a massive water park, and on-site dining, your children will have PLENTY to do!
Transportation to Disney, Sea World and Universal Theme Parks
Grove Resort and Water Park in Orlando, Florida offers complimentary shuttle service to Disney, Sea World Orlando, and Universal Theme Parks. You do need to make a reservation for this daily transportation. This could save you a TON of money on skipping a rental car and using resort shuttle to these main attractions! Taking an Uber from the MCO Orlando Airport to Grove Resort on average will cost 40-50$.

Escape Spa
Leave your children with the other parent and do what I did and spend the morning at the Escape Spa. Minnie and her team of amazing spa staff will make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. The Escape Spa is located on the first floor of the resort. Find tea and other beverages available, stay in the relaxation room for as long as youd like after your spa service, or enjoy the private sauna. I truly did not want to leave the Spa area. I got a facial and a massage while there and thoroughly enjoyed both. Book your spa experience here.
